The grand projects at the TU Delft are very huge and the project management can be very complex for the scientist. The Valorisation Centre supports the scientist in managing these projects. However this complex process had to me analysed during a customer mapping workshop to get a good grip on the process.

The final visualisation is representation of the process, its actions and responsibilities per person. With the customer map it is easier to discuss the project management process with the whole team.
